Five categories, three slots
Performance Points gate every promotion and no amount of $NTF buys them. You hold three assignments at a time, pay a fee in $NTF to take each one, and forfeit the fee if the window closes without a pass.

Three assignments run at once. A slot frees when the attempt is judged, or when the window expires and anyone books the Write-Up.
Counted per category from the moment you take the work, not from the moment you finish it. Three slots, but never three of the same kind.
What work pitched below the rank you already hold pays, as a share of nominal. Seniority does not get to farm the easy end of the board.
Three failures inside one 30-day season opens a Performance Improvement Plan. Write-Ups expire with the season; the plan does not.
Single actions the contract can check itself: lock LP, survive eight rounds, hit a volume.
Miss a step and the chain zeroes. No partial credit — and one completed chain lifts a PIP.
Twelve or more employees of one employer, each carrying at least 4%. One whale cannot cover the room.
Answers are hashed before the window closes, so nobody can copy whoever sat it first.
Call your employer's close inside a band. ±0.5% pays 400; a miss burns the fee.
You take a listing against a badge, and the fee leaves your balance at that moment. Deliver inside the window and the points are credited and the fee is paid into the payroll pool, where it becomes somebody's salary. Miss it and the fee is burned and the badge is written up. No route returns it — the forfeited fee is the entire anti-spam budget, so it has to be real.
The board rotates Mondays at 00:00 UTC. Closing an expired attempt is permissionless because a dead slot left occupied is a working slot kept free — the Write-Up lands whether or not you come back for it.
A failed submission and an unanswered window are the same event on the record: the fee burns and a Write-Up goes on the badge. 3 of them inside one season opens a Performance Improvement Plan.
Write-Ups are counted inside a season and reset when it turns over. The plan does not — it runs its 14 days from the day it opens. The board stays open throughout, and one completed Field Work lifts the plan early. That is the only way off it other than waiting.
The assignment board goes live the moment the contracts are on Robinhood Chain. Nothing on this page is simulated in the meantime — no placeholder balances, no invented activity.
Read the memoApplied to the listing's nominal points. Work pitched below the rank you already hold is then cut to 25% of that result. Both apply, in that order.
Points accumulate for the life of the badge and are never spent. A Fast-Tracked badge is charged 50% more points on Manager → Director alone — it earns no faster, it owes more. Tenure and the reinvest are checked in the same transaction; the desk shows where a badge stands on all of them.
Points, Write-Ups, the plan and any assignment still in flight are keyed to the badge, and transferring it erases all four. Moving an employee between two wallets you own carries nothing across either. A buyer inherits an empty ledger and a clean record, which is the same promise the rank reset makes.
